Will it fit my security screen door?
Most likely. The lock is made to drop into the standard lock cut-out on aluminium security screen doors, so the door doesn't need replacing. Send us a photo of the door and the current lock and we'll confirm it fits before anything is ordered.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the door. Text us a photo of the door and the current lock, or use the quote form on this page, and we'll come back with a fixed price, supplied and installed.
How do you open it?
With the phone app, a PIN code or an RFID fob, and there's a backup physical key in case you ever need it.
What happens when the batteries go flat?
You get a low battery warning well before it dies, and the backup key always works. We'll show you where the key goes on handover.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 12 month manufacturer's warranty for home use. If you buy the lock through us, we keep the paperwork and look after any claim for you.
Can I give a code to my cleaner, carer or kids?
Yes. Everyone can have their own code or fob, and you can delete one without changing anyone else's.
