Do you install smart locks in Werribee, Point Cook and Tarneit?
Yes. We work across Wyndham most weeks: Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook, Wyndham Vale and Altona, plus Footscray, Sunshine, Caroline Springs and Melton.
What does smart lock installation cost?
$215 to fit a keypad or smart lock on a door that's already drilled, or $290 where we need to cut the door. The lock itself is extra, and in Melbourne's west there's a flat $40 travel charge. You get the full price before we start.
Which smart lock should we buy?
It depends on the door, not the brand. Send us a photo of the door and what's on it now, and we'll tell you which locks will fit properly. We fit Schlage, Samsung, Aqara, Orion and most keypad locks from the big hardware stores.
Can you fit a lock we've already bought?
Yes. We'd just rather check it suits your door first, so you don't end up returning it.
What happens if the battery dies?
Every lock we fit keeps a physical key override or an emergency power option, and we show you where it is on handover.
We rent. Can we put in a smart lock?
You'll need your rental provider's consent to change a lock in Victoria, and they can't unreasonably refuse. We can send a written quote for your agent, and the original lock can be kept to put back at the end of the lease.
