Can you come out without shutting my shop for the day?
That's the whole idea. Most commercial work gets done before opening, after close, or in a quiet hour we agree on.
What's a restricted key system, and do I need one?
It means keys can't be copied at a hardware counter — only by an authorised locksmith, against your authority. If you have staff turnover and a lot of keys out in the wild, it's worth it.
Do you fit door closers and exit hardware?
Yes. Closers, panic and exit hardware, and shopfront deadlocks. If the door needs to stay compliant as a fire or exit door, I'll tell you what's allowed on it.
Can you get a shopfront open after a break-in?
Yes, and I'll make it secure the same visit even if the replacement hardware has to come the next day.
